Minimal residual disease detection by next-generation sequencing of different immunoglobulin gene rearrangements in pediatric B-ALL

Description:
This study was to evaluate the prognosis of immunoglobulin heavy chain locus (IGH) and light chain loci (IGK/IGL) rearrangement-based minimal residual disease (MRD) detected by next-generation sequencing (NGS) in pediatric B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at the end of induction (EOI) and end of consolidation (EOC).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
