Description:
This study was to evaluate the prognosis of immunoglobulin heavy chain locus (IGH) and light chain loci (IGK/IGL) rearrangement-based minimal residual disease (MRD) detected by next-generation sequencing (NGS) in pediatric B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at the end of induction (EOI) and end of consolidation (EOC).
