Single-cell atlas of human cell lines generated single-cell transcriptome and single-cell chromatin accessibility data of dozens of cancer cell lines and 2 normal cell lines to illustrate both transcriptional and epigenetic heterogeneity within different cell lines. The plasticity of transcriptomic heterogeneity is demonstrated by lineage tracing and hypoxia treatment.
