Profiling untreated primary membranous nephropathy at the single cell transcriptome level using blood, kidney, and urine samples
Release date:
2024-11-06
Description:
Primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) is an autoimmune disease. Despite the identification of certain autoantibodies, etiology and pathophysiology of the PMN are still largely unknown. Five patients were diagnosed as PMN by kidney biopsy test in this study. Their blood, kidney and urine samples were collected respectively to profile cellular, molecular and immunological alterations by using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
