Release date:
2024-10-17
Description:
Here, we used Bulk RNA-Seq to analyze pre- and post-neoadjuvant paired samples from 48 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer, including 25 neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy and 23 neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Our study systematically analyzed the effects of different neoadjuvant treatment regimens on the tumor immune microenvironment of gastric cancer and the dynamic changes before and after treatment, and elucidated the immunological mechanism by which neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy is superior to chemotherapy alone.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
