In this study, we collected paired tumor and skin specimens from inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) and non-IBC patients prospectively for single-cell RNA sequencing, bulk RNA sequencing, and whole-exome sequencing to reveal the microenvironment of IBC.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
