Saliva microbiota from healthy individuals and OSCC patients were collected and cultured in anaerobic environment in vitro. Then extracellular vehicles (EVs) were centrifuged and purified. These EVs treated OSCC cell lines to test their effect on OSCC. The transcriptome sequencing data of these EVs-treated tumor cell were uploaded here.
