To explore the improved full-targeted pathogen capture mNGS technique to improve the sensitivity and specificity of pathogen diagnosis in patients with sepsis, reduce missed diagnosis, make patients get timely and accurate anti-infective treatment, and reduce the number of etiological examination, so as to save medical expenses, and make pathogen mNGS technology better serve the clinic.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
