RNA-seq analysis of biceps muscles transcriptomes from 4 male LGMDs patients (LGMD) and 3 male normal individuals (NOR)

The limb-girdle muscular dystrophies (LGMDs) are inherited diseases that manifest after birth and are characterized by progressive weakness and muscle atrophy. In this study the RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) of biceps muscles from 3 male normal individuals (NOR) and another 4 male LGMDs patients were performed. Our data suggest that muscle gene networks were substantially altered in LGMDs patients' muscles.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
