Uncovering the molecular pathways associated with immunotherapy-induced pneumonitis in non-small cell lung cancer patients
Release date:
2025-06-30
Description:
In this project, the experimental group was the immune checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonitis(CIP) tissue samples of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients after receiving immunotherapy treatment. We comprehensively analyzed the immune landscape during CIP onset using scRNA/TCR/BCR-seq, it could serve as a novel therapeutic strategy for CIP treatment and provide biomarkers and intervention targets for precision medicine.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
