Tissue-specific 5-hydroxymethylcytosine landscape of the genome
Release date:
2024-02-18
Description:
5-Hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) is an important epigenetic mark that regulates gene expression. Charting the landscape of 5hmC in human tissues is fundamental to understanding its regulatory functions. Here, we systematically profiled the whole-genome 5hmC landscape at single-base resolution for 19 types of human tissues.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
1.Nucleic acid modification-mediated epigenetic processes.2.The impact of novel RNA modifications to the biological functions of microRNA and large intergenic non-conding RNA (lincRNA).
