This study aims to investigate the composition of gut microbiota across various cancer patient groups by employing metagenomic sequencing techniques. This research intends to contribute to our understanding of the mechanisms through which gut microbiota dysbiosis occur and uncover potential biomarkers in cancer patients which would useful for microbiota-modulating interventions.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
