This project involves transcriptomics of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived retinal pigment epithelium (iPSC-RPE) cells and transcriptomics of exosomes derived from iPSC-RPE cells.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
