Bulk RNA-sequencing of fibroblasts stimulated with human recombinant GZMK
Release date:
2024-10-24
Description:
Primary cultures of NP-derived fibroblasts were stimulated with 100 ng/ml of human recombinant GZMK for 6 hours, with the culture medium used as the control. Total RNA was extracted from cultured fibroblasts. The RNA purification, reverse transcription, library construction, and sequencing steps were performed by Shanghai Majorbio Bio-pharm Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). After quantified by Qubit 4.0, the paired-end RNA-seq sequencing library was subsequently sequenced using the NovaSeq 6000 sequencer (Illumina) with a read length of 2 * 150 bp.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
DAC members are from the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, P.R. China
