Low-pass non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) sequencing data (0.1x to 0.5x) for 121,579 pregnancies recruited in two Shenzhen hospitals. The collection of the data was approved by the ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic China (permission number [2023] CJ1455 and [2023] CJ1415).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
