RNA-seq analyses were performed to analyze acute myeloid leukemia(AML) endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)(N=4), complete remission (CR) EPCs(N=4) and healthy donor(HD) EPCs(N=4) at day 7 of culture and cultivated BM EPCs from CR EPCs treated with NAC(N=4) or not(N=4) and paired HD EPCs(N=4).
