The tumor microenvironment (TME) is an indispensable component of tumorigenesis and development. To explored the cellular and molecular heterogeneity in LUAD, we collected one normal tissue and twelve tumor tissues obtained from six LUAD patients for single-cell RNA sequencing.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
