Immunological characterization and comparison of children with COVID-19 from their adult counterparts at single-cell resolution

Description:
Here we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on 11 peripheral blood samples of 8 children with COVID-19, and compared children's immunological properties with adult patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
