Title:
Genomics Evolution of Precancerous Lesions in Human Colorectal Cancer
Release date:
2024-08-13
Description:
This study mainly explores the genetic mechanism and dynamic evolution of precancerous leisions transforming into human colorectal cancer. We screen and collect normal tissues, accompanying precancerous lesions (known as polyps at different stages), and tumor tissues from 107 patients with primary colorectal cancer. Taken advantage of the experimental techniques (genetic sequencing, etc) as well as multidisciplinary approach, we will comprehensively explore the molecular mechanisms and evolutionary patterns of malignant transformation of human precancerous lesions. This will provide new insights for the early prevention, diagnosis, and treatment strategies of colorectal cancer.
