NGS analysis of cytoplasmic DNA in THP1 cells stimulated by oxidative and inflammatory stress

Description:
THP1 cells were stimulated by oxidative stress (H2O2) and inflammatory stress (LPS+ATP), the cytoplasmic of the cells were isolated, and DNA within the cytoplasmic was extracted. Changes in the number of DNA fragments in the cell cytoplasmic were analysed by NGS.

[path/to/key/file] must be an absolute path, e.g.: /home/keys/aspera.openssh
[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
