Aneuploidy is frequently detected in early human embryos as a major cause of early pregnancy failure. However, how aneuploidy affects cellular function remains elusive. Here, we profiled the transcriptomes of single cells from human euploid and aneuploid blastocysts involving autosomal and sex chromosomes.
