Description:
To understand the spatial organization of cells within the TME of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after neoadjuvant ICB-chemotherapy, we obtained spatial transcriptomics data from six post-treatment NSCLC patients using Stereo-seq.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
