To compare the potential drivers of chemoresistance between PDS and RLPS HGSOC patients, we conducted targeted genomic sequencing of a 295-gene panel for four groups of patients: primary sensitive, primary resistant, relapsed sensitive and relapsed resistant.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
