Title:
Single cell RNA-seq of small cell lung cancer
Release date:
2024-04-28
Description:
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC), a highly aggressive malignancy that accounts for 15% of all lung cancer cases and kills 270,000 patients each year worldwide. Loss-of-function mutations in tumor suppressors represents a feature of small cell lung cancer (SCLC), but high frequency gain-of-function alterations in oncogenes have rarely been reported. In this study, we conducted single cell RNA-seq in small cell lung cancer.

Loss-of-function mutations in tumor suppressors represents a feature of small cell lung cancer (SCLC), but high frequency gain-of-function alterations in oncogenes have rarely been reported.
