Stereo-seq V2: spatial mapping of total RNA on FFPE sections with high resolution
Release date:
2025-09-10
Description:
Performing total RNA profiling on FFPE samples, which are the predominate sample conservation method in clinical practice, is a big challenge for current spatial transcriptomics techniques. Here we brought Stereo-seq V2, an upgraded spatial transcriptomics technique that uses random primers to capture and sequence RNAs in situ on FFPE sections. We tested Stereo-seq V2 on FFPE samples of different RNA quality, and observed a robust tolerance to RNA degradation even on a sample with DV200 = 18.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
