we conducted a retrospective evaluation of one hundred newly diagnosed DLBCL patients as a training cohort and subsequently recruited an additional twenty-six newly diagnosed DLBCL patients for validation to reveal the clinical and biological implications of CSF ctDNA positivity in newly diagnosed DLBCL patients
