SCLC and NSCLC regions of interest from 16 CSCLC were isolated by LCM from tissue sections based on HE staining and pathological evaluation. Genomic DNA concentration was measured using Qubit 4.0 Fluorometer. A total of 200 ng of genomic DNA was sheared into 200-250 bp fragments with Covaris S2 ultrasonicator. Sequencing libraries were prepared by using the KAPA DNA Library Preparation Kit (Kapa Biosystems) according to the manufacturer protocol.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
