Spatially resolved multi-omics of human metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease

Description:
(1) scRNA-seq data from liver biopsies of 7 MASL patients, 16 MASH patients and 6 control surgical liver tissues collected from individuals, who had no evidence of hepatic steatosis and inflammation. (2) Spatial transcriptomic data by 10x Visium of 10 MASL patients, 18 MASH patients and 7 control surgical liver tissues collected from individuals, who had no evidence of hepatic steatosis and inflammation.
Note: HTTP download speed may be slow. It is highly recommended that you download the dataset using a dedicated FTP tool (such as FileZilla Client) or Asepra Command Line.
