Here, we used transcriptomics to analyze paired samples of locally progressive gastric cancer patients before and after treatment with neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy, and our study aimed to search for biomarkers that could predict the efficacy of immunotherapy by comparing the differences between patient response and resistance to neoadjuvant therapy.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
