Description:
This Transcriptomics Data is a part of of a Multi-omics study of Pathological Scar Fibroblasts. Pathologic scar and normal skin samples were collected from patients and primary fibroblast lysate was tested for metabolomics, proteomics and transcriptomics analyses. Pathologic scar includes keloids and hypertrophic scars.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
