Control- and PIGR- overexpressed PSCC primary cells with IgA treatment in vitro

Description:
We have treated Control- and PIGR- overexpressed PSCC primary cells with IgA treatment for 24h in vitro and RNA was extracted. Next generation RNA seq has been performed.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
