Release date:
2024-10-03
Description:
Bulk RNA-seq data. To investigate the effect of IL-1B on the transcriptome of the human nasal turbinate epithelial compartment, human polyp-derived and turbinate-derived epithelial cells were incubated with IL-1B at 10ng/ml for 72 hours and lysed for RNA extraction.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
