Identification of Human EC109 cell line by whole genome sequencing
Release date:
2024-09-16
Description:
The whole genome sequencing of Human EC109 cell line aims to identify the somatic mutations in exonic regions. Our study explored the relationship between plectin with esophageal carcinoma, and we found that plectin gene mutations were detected in EC109 cell line based on these sequencing data.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
