Polyclonal origin of human familial adenomatous polyposis

Description:
This study mainly explores the polyclonal origin of precancerous leisions in human colorectal cancer. We screen and collect normal tissues, accompanying multi-polyps, and tumor tissues from 3 patients with familial adenomatous polyposis. Taken advantage of the single crypt whole genome sequencing (sgWGS) as well as multidisciplinary approach, we will comprehensively explore the clonality of human precancerous lesions.
