Description:
This comprehensive molecular classification of LDD based on transcriptomic analysis revealed biomarkers and pathological phenotypes across distinct subtypes. Machine learning diagnostic prediction models were developed to link molecular classification to clinical features for clincial application.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
