Title:
Digital decoding of the hepatocellular carcinoma immune repertoire and screening and identification of neoantigen-specific TCRs
Release date:
2026-01-09
Description:
Therefore, we propose a hypothesis that the liver cancer development is accompanied by the production of neoantigens and change of the specific TCR immune repertoire. Screening the specific TCRs is helpful for the early diagnosis and exploring new targets for liver cancer treatment. This study aims to elucidate the change of TCR immune repertoire and specific T cell status in HCC through multi-modal immunoomics technology. Biological experiments and big data algorithms are used to screen out the specific TCR sequences. Subsequently, highly active TCR-T engineering cells are prepared to verify the cytotoxicity against HCC cells. This study will provide new strategy and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.
