By combining single-cell transcriptomic sequencing with spatial transcriptomic sequencing data, this study advances the field of colorectal neuroendocrine tumor liver metastasis at the single-cell level.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
