Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is a rare malignant cancer that is highly lethal and clinically undetectable at the early stage, and to date, GBC research at single-cell resolution with a large cohort remains deficient. Here, we depicted a single-cell map comprising 1144951 cells from 102 patients. The study sheds light on the comprehensive and synergistic alterations in the primary TME to facilitate metastasis and provides an alternative therapeutic strategy for GBC patients.
