Accurate prediction of the recurrent implantation failure population using machine learning with plasma microRNA biomarkers before embryo transfer
Release date:
2025-10-31
Description:
Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is a major challenge in the field of assisted reproductive technology (ART). Accurate identification of RIF patients before embryo transfer is crucial for effective clinical intervention. We provide an innovative, safe, non-invasive, and rapid strategy to identify RIF patients by plasma microRNA (miRNA) sequencing on the day of ovulation.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
