Description:
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are covalently closed RNA molecules produced by back-splicing of transcripts whose structure endows circRNAs with high stability and different cellular functions from those of mRNA. We performed circRNA sequencing in five paired samples of prostate carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues, including three patients who received neoadjuvant hormonal therapy (NHT). The aim of this analyse was to find the differential expressed circRNAs associated with androgen receptor signaling.
