We performed transcriptome sequencing on THP-1 cell lines treated with gastric cancer associated fibroblasts that were either positive or negative for HLA-DR.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
