Target sequencing of candidate variants and regions assciated with stroke
Release date:
2025-03-26
Description:
A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical and follow-up data pertaining to 1705 patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke, who sought medical attention at yangpu hospital between September 2016 and October 2020. we screened a total of 133 candidate SNP loci and 5 genes requiring whole exome sequencing from four aspects: genes related to stroke susceptibility, genes related to the efficacy of stroke medications, low-density lipoprotein risk genes, and genes related to stroke prognosis. We chose PCR amplification sequencing technology to genotype the target regions on the entirety of the blood samples.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
