scRNA-seq of immunological features in pediatric HLH
Release date:
2025-06-04
Description:
In the context of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-related disorders, EBV-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (EBV-HLH) emerges as a life-threatening syndrome, contrasting sharply with the self-limiting nature of infectious mononucleosis (IM). Despite this, our understanding of the immune dysregulation mechanisms in EBV-HLH remains incomplete. Leveraging single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology, this study aims to elucidate the unique immunological characteristics of EBV-HLH, by comparing the immune profiles of children with IM and their healthy peers
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
