Title:
Identification of altered immune landscape at single-cell resolution and its association with poor immune checkpoint inhibitor responses in NSCLC brain metastasis
Release date:
2025-04-18
Description:
Brain metastasis, a common complication of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), leads to poor prognosis and reduces the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). However, the mechanisms underlying this diminished ICI response remain unclear. Therefore, we comprehensively analyzed RNA sequencing data derived from 112,200 immune cells isolated from primary and brain metastatic NSCLC single-cell samples.
