Identification of altered immune landscape at single-cell resolution and its association with poor immune checkpoint inhibitor responses in NSCLC brain metastasis
Release date:
2025-04-18
Description:
Brain metastasis, a common complication of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), leads to poor prognosis and reduces the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). However, the mechanisms underlying this diminished ICI response remain unclear. Therefore, we comprehensively analyzed RNA sequencing data derived from 112,200 immune cells isolated from primary and brain metastatic NSCLC single-cell samples.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
To investigate the formation mechanism of the immunosuppressive microenvironment in brain metastases, particularly focusing on the interactions between tumor cells and immune cells in the metastatic brain lesions.
