Description:
Development of colorectal cancer (CRC) is accompanied by microbial and metabolic dysbiosis, with gut microbial beta-glucuronidases (gmGUSs) potentially impacting carcinogenesis through de-glucuronidation of diverse important molecules. This study aims to reveal the distribution of gmGUSs, microbe-gmGUS-metabolite (MGM) axis, and gmGUS-mediated mechanistic insights in CRC.
