In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from COVID-19 patients using single-cell RNA sequencing. The cohort included four severe and two non-severe patients, three out of them deceased during hospitalization. Our primary objective was to discern and compare the characteristics of immune cell subsets across these patient groups. By meticulously analyzing single-cell data, we aimed to uncover both quantitative and functional disparities in immune cell subpopulations associated with varied clinical outcomes. These insights are anticipated to advance our understanding of COVID-19 severity and prognosis significantly.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
