Description:
Utilizing BMP4-induced self-organization protocol of retinal organoids (ROs), human embryonic stem cell (hESC) lines H9 (wild type, WT) and RAX2-knockout (RAX2-KO) derived from H9 were cultured in a three-dimensional (3D) environment for a duration of 66 days (D66), twenty-four ROs were collected for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis.
