Genomic profiles and prognostic biomarkers of resectable lung adenocarcinoma with a micropapillary component
Release date:
2025-05-20
Description:
A retrospective study was conducted on 54 patients with stage I-III lung adenocarcinoma with a micropapillary component (LMPC) who underwent complete resection. Tumor samples and matched white blood cell control samples from these patients were analyzed using comprehensive next-generation sequencing of 425 cancer-related genes. The relationships among clinicopathologic factors, genomic characteristics, and postoperative recurrence risk were examined.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
