Single-cell RNA sequencing of human abdominal aortic aneurysms

Description:
To elucidate the pathogenesis of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs), we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on human AAA tissues and matched normal vascular tissues.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
This Data Management Committee is responsible for overseeing all sequencing data generated by the Department of Vascular and Thyroid Surgery at The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.

[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
