Description:
Using transcriptome data from 23 CRC patients, we constructed an immune cell infiltration matrix to deeply explore the biological functions associated with lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
