Transcriptome sequencing data of tumor tissues from 8 colorectal cancer patients
Release date:
2025-06-17
Description:
To explore the molecular characteristics of postoperative tumor tissues of colorectal cancer, we collected postoperative tumor tissue samples from nine colorectal cancer patients and analyzed these samples by transcriptome sequencing. This study aims to identify genes specifically expressed in postoperative tumor tissues of colorectal cancer to reveal their potential molecular mechanisms and biological functions, and to provide key genetic information and scientific basis for precision diagnosis, development of therapeutic targets, and prognostic assessment of colorectal cancer.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
